This exciting event will wrap up the three-day Windsor Conference and the public are invited to attend. The evening will feature presentations from leading United Nations, scientific and religious figures as well as song and dance.

It will take place in the historic hall that is used by Quakers in Britain for their AGM, but has been used in the past by a host of distinguished guests such as Mahatma Gandhi and Bertrand Russell. It can seat over 1000 people.

Speakers will include:

  • Olav Kjørven - Assistant Secretary-General UNDP
  • Nigel Savage - founder of the Jewish charity Hazon
  • Rev. Canon Sally Bingham - Inter-Faith Power and Light
  • Rob Soutter - WWF International
  • Helen Rowlands - Quakers
  • A leading Muslim scholar (name to be confirmed)

For thousands of years the great faiths of the world have known that the best way to pass on truth, insight and wisdom is through music, drama and storytelling. This is why, along with the major speakers, this event will include dramatic stories from Hinduism, Islam and Christianity; danced, narrated and sung.

Performers will include:

  • Anusha Subramanyam
  • Narguess Farzad
  • The New Psalmist Baptist Choir (for their recent appearance on Radio 4 click here and to hear their new song, written especially for the Windsor celebrations, click here)
